Previously authors have reported facts that nitrogen (N2) and oxygen solubilities in styrene is the same as those benzene divinylbenzene at 303 K. Though three compounds an atomic composition, (CH)n (n=6, 8 10), gas are thought to depend on number of aromatic carbons solution. Then, named it ‘a key group solubility’. In this research, was investigated for N2 solubility methyl methacrylate (MMA) its dimer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA). Therefore, calculations were carried out by Peng-Robinson (PR) equation state based contribution methods. The experimental data employed Lai et al., where MMA EGDMA assumed be double K, because has two units molecule. Two types methods proposed calculate EGDMA. One critical temperature pressure Joback Reid. Using these properties, attractive excluded volume parameters PR evaluated Other similar a method Orbey Sandler. parameter can from multiplying repeating units, squared number.
